Homeowner Questions
How Much Does Concrete Cutting Cost?
It depends on the size of the opening or hole, the thickness of the concrete, access and how much needs removing. Send us a photo and rough sizes for a free quote.
Do I Need A Permit For A Basement Doorway?
Usually, yes, for a new opening in a foundation wall. Check with your city’s building department and have an engineer design the opening and header when required.
Will It Be Noisy?
Saws are loud while cutting, but wall and slab sawing is far quieter and shorter than jackhammering. Most residential cuts are done within the day.
Who Installs The Door Or Window?
Your contractor. We do the cutting and removal and leave a clean opening ready for framing.
