Permits And Engineering Come First
Cutting a new opening in a foundation wall usually needs a building permit, and the header above the opening is often designed by an engineer. Your city’s building department can confirm what is required at your address. We cut to the approved dimensions, so the framing and window or door fit the first time.
Bedrooms in a suite generally need a window large enough to escape through in an emergency. If your existing basement windows are small, we can enlarge the opening to the size your plans call for.

Keeping Your Home Clean
We protect floors and nearby rooms, cut wet so dust stays in the slurry, and run electric equipment indoors. When the cut is done, we remove the concrete and clean up.
